Not all dogs are built the same, some have a stockier build, some have a thinner neck, some have a longer torso. So not every small dog will fit into a small collar or harness, something you may not have realized when you first went shopping for dog supplies. Maybe things didn't go so well the last time you bought a harness or dog collar for your pet. Maybe it was the right length, but a little too tight around the middle, or loose at the neck. Then you're not alone.

We recommend measuring your dog before buying a collar or harness, please don't guess!

Our sizes are based on actual measurements rather than a breed guide as this is the key to a good, comfortable fit and the right size collar or harness for your dog. There are different types of collars and harnesses. On each product page you will find a clear explanation, schedule and possibly a video about how to measure and order the right size for your dog.

Warranty on closures

It is extremely important to have reliable fasteners and not to break the gear during your daily walks or workouts. For both safety and performance reasons, fitting a carabiner or Bull Snap shackle is highly recommended for strong pulling and powerful dogs. There is no warranty on the standard snap hooks if they break or fail. The snap hooks in the standard version are for easy and quiet dog breeds with a low profile.

Standard metal, stainless steel or aluminum and salt water

Rust is a common form of corrosion, which occurs when metal atoms react with their environment. Salt water does not allow a metal to rust, but it speeds up the rusting process because electrons move more easily in salt water than in pure water. Stainless steel is not an option as salt water damages stainless steel just as easily as standard metal. The sum of all these chemical reactions causes the rust to flake, so that it falls off the iron and exposes new iron, which can then also rust. Not all metals rust. For example, aluminum does not rust because it has a protective layer of aluminum oxide on its surface. This prevents the metal from coming into direct contact with water (or moisture in the air) and oxygen. Our Tactical buckles and D-ring will not rust. Collars and harnesses that have been in fresh water and have not been dried in time will also eventually rust. After a swim, simply let collars and harnesses dry. Sometimes rust can disappear if you wash and then dry the collar or harness. There is no guarantee against rust formation.

The embroidery has no guarantee. There is a chance that the embroidery will be damaged by your dog's scratching or chafing. This causes fraying and breaks in the embroidery. You agree to this condition as soon as you order an embroidered dog collar. No refunds will be given for embroidered items.

What happens to my package if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, the postman will leave a note at your home for you to pick up at the local post office. Sometimes the postman forgets this note, so if the package is late, you can always check in yourself at the post office. You can contact us at any time for the track & trace code after you have first consulted your email and spam folder. Also ask your neighbours, because sometimes the postman delivers a package there. Normally the package will stay at the post office for 1-2 weeks before being returned to us. Make sure to pick it up on time.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

In your order overview you can see when and if your order will be shipped. If a tracking code is available, you can also find it in your email and your store account. The delivery times on our website are just an indication, there can be many reasons for delays, most of them are often due to: holidays, traffic problems, etc. If you have not received the package on time, please contact your local post office before contacting us. Sometimes the postman also leaves your package with your neighbor's.

How fast is shipping to where I live?

An overview of our estimated shipping times per country can be viewed during checkout. Please note that we do not prepare orders until payment is received. Your package will be prepared within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Some payment methods are faster than others. Other factors that can delay a delivery are the time of year (weather, holidays) and incorrect or missing address information.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you can, log in to your shop account and trace your order with 1 click of the button. If your order has been shipped as a package, you can track it online from approximately 12 hours after shipment. To see where your package is, go to your email and look for an email from Postnl.nl. Here you can click on the Track & Trace link. We email with tracking codes. This tracking code email originates from postnl.nl and is often dumped in spam filters. Hotmail, Gmail and other free email services have spam problems. This is beyond our control. Please check your spam folders before contacting us.

What are my shipping costs?

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your shopping cart:

Return and exchange

The sale of Eurobullysupply is final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Your order will be made for you by hand as soon as it arrives at us. The order is made according to the information you provide. We are therefore a workshop and do not sell expired (stock) products as in a pet shop. We may sometimes offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged due to quality or workmanship, customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the items for a possible exchange. Always contact us via WhatsApp before returning goods!

We do our utmost to send you the ordered items the same day but within 1 to 5 working days in the absence of holiday, fair or market entries. See our calendar. Incorrect or delayed deliveries or claims for damages by products are always excluded. The buyer is at all times responsible for the delivery of the goods. If the goods cannot be delivered and/or cannot be collected from the post office, they will eventually be returned to us. We will only resend the goods after payment of the additional (shipping) costs + additional costs such as import duties caused by your return shipment. When we ship your order, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code sent by PostNL. You can also track your order via your store account. Always make sure that your e-mail address is correct and entered. Free email accounts such as gmail and hotmail can cause delivery problems. Always check your spam folders. Be sure to check our returns policy as all sales are final. Orders placed by debit/credit card will be shipped to the billing address.

Your website is not working?

If your browser does not accept cookies, our website will not work properly. Enable the cookies in the "Internet Options" of your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.). In this way you can place products in your shopping cart. In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Options, and then select the Privacy Options tab. The privacy settings must be Medium-High or lower for the Extreme Dog Gear website to work properly. Another source for this problem could be a firewall such as Zone Alarm. Adjust your privacy settings in this firewall before using the website.

Why is my email not being answered?

If for some reason you don't receive emails from us, please check your spam box to see if our email ends up there. Emails we send are related to your order and consist of updates including the tracking information of your order. Do you have questions about your order or a product, but then use WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button, the telephone number and the QR code are listed on the website. The contact form is not intended for questions about orders or product information. We try to answer all business emails within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that Eurobullysupply is closed on weekends, so any WhatsApp and business email sent on Friday will be answered on Monday.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, after logging in, go to [My account] and click on [Edit profile]. Here you can set a new email address. A confirmation will be sent to your new address to verify it. Click the link in the verification email to activate the new email address. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, click unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter you receive from us.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, we can email you a new password. You can request this new password by going to the login page and clicking on 'forgot password'. We will ask you for your email address and send you an email with your new password. If you do not receive this email, it is always a good idea to check your spam box. If it is not there, please contact customer service via WhatsApp.

I can not log in

If your browser does not accept cookies, our website will not work properly. Enable the cookies in the internet options of your internet browser. This would probably solve your login problem. In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Options, and then select the Privacy Options tab. The privacy settings must be Medium-High or lower for the Extreme Dog gear website to function properly. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password via our website. You can do this by trying to log in. then there is the "forgot password" option. Click on it and you will receive a new password. If the problem persists: sometimes it helps to delete all cookies and restart the browser.
